TFN Collection Statement

PCM Advisory Pty Ltd and its affiliates are authorised by the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (TAA) to collect your Tax File Number (TFN).

We will only use your TFN as authorised by the TAA, and subject to the duties of confidentiality and privacy set out in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Engagement, as well as out Privacy Policy.

You are not obliged to provide us with your TFN. However, we may be precluded from providing part or all of out Service where you do not provide your TFN.
